Dominique Monet quoted by National Post on the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the duty to accommodate in the field of human rights

Dominique Monet, a partner of the firm and member of the Labour, Employment and Human Rights practice group, was quoted in a National Post article on the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in the Hydro-Québec case where the duty to accommodate employees was clarified.
"The Supreme Court’s decision in Hydro-Québec reiterates the need to link accommodation to undue hardship and brings into focus the question of whether or not an employee is able to fulfill the contract of employment in the future", he notably explained.
