Charles F. Willms

Partner

Chuck Willms is a partner in the Litigation Group with considerable experience in Aboriginal, Class Actions, Commercial, Competition, Constitutional, Construction, Forestry and Mining matters. He has appeared as counsel before the Competition Tribunal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Yukon Supreme Court, Alberta Court of Queens Bench, the Courts of Appeal of British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon and the Federal Courts of Canada. He has acted as counsel in the Supreme Court of Canada and in alternate dispute resolutions including arbitrations, mediations and negotiations.

Chuck is the chair of the firm's National Aboriginal Law Practice Group.
