Kevin O'Neill has practiced Labour, Employment and Human Rights Law at the firm since 1977. Throughout, his practice has been exclusively concerned with labour relations, human rights and employment and includes the representation of management clients before both the Canada and BC Labour Boards. Kevin provides training and seminars to clients to educate them as to their rights and responsibilities. Kevin also acts as counsel at arbitrations, Labour Relations Board hearings, Human Rights Tribunal hearings and has acted as counsel in all levels of Court in British Columbia. Kevin has appeared as counsel in hundreds of arbitrations in both the Provincial and Federal jurisdictions and has appeared in well over a hundred Labour Relations Board hearings, human rights hearings and Court cases. Over the years, Kevin has been ranked in Lexpert as a top labour and employment lawyer. Currently, Kevin is National Chair and Regional Chair of the Labour, Employment & Human Rights Groups.
Kevin is a frequent lecturer for a number of associations including: the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia; the Labour Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association of BC Branch; and the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
