The accommodation of employees with mental disabilities presents complex challenges:
- Must you accommodate stress? How do you get the sensitive information that you need?
- What if the disability affects work performance?
- What if you suspect the employee has an undisclosed mental disability?
- When is the morale of other employees a valid concern?
This advanced workshop will explore and answer these critical questions.
Cost: $350 ($367.50 including GST). Payment must be made in advance by credit card or cheque (Payable to: Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Anyone who provides cancellation notice to us at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled date of the workshop will receive a fee refund less 10% administration fee. No refund will be provided to a registrant who cancels with less than five (5) business days’ advance notice.
Registrants are entitled to send a substitute; advance notice is required.
