Acts on behalf of the major British Columbia distributor of natural gas in regulatory proceedings and other matters, which have included revenue requirement and rate design hearings, applications for expansion of facilities, the purchase of other distribution facilities, contractual arrangements with customers, gas purchase arrangements with producers and marketers, lease out and lease in arrangements with municipalities, contractual arrangements with other companies in the energy industry, and arbitration and litigation matters including an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
