Alex Nikolic is an associate in the firm's Business Law section. He is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice with an emphasis on mining transactions. Alex has been involved in a variety of transactions including initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and a large scale corporate restructuring.
Alex summered with the firm in 2005 and was seconded to the London, U.K. office. In 2006/07, he articled with the firm and joined as an associate in 2007.
