Armand Benitah is a partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Group. He is a patent agent registered to practise before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trade-mark Office.
Armand has worked with diverse clients to secure worldwide patent and industrial design protection for their innovations. His patent practice focuses primarily on patent matters that relate to mechanical and electromechanical devices. Armand has gained experience in domestic and international patent prosecution and in advising clients on all issues relating to patentability, validity, infringement and enforcement of patent rights. Armand has also been actively involved in patent litigation.
Armand's experience further includes drafting and negotiating license agreements and advising on intellectual property due diligence in various transactions.
