Partner

Benoit Turmel practices labour and employment law, and notably represents private sector employers subject either to federal or provincial jurisdictions. His regular clients include several major companies in the restaurant, high tech, distribution, manufacturing, communications and cultural industries.

He regularly assists employers facing litigation under the Act respecting labour standards, the Civil Code of Québec, the Québec Labour Code and the Canada Labour Code. His previous industrial relations training gives him a practical perspective when addressing issues of human resources and employment relations.
