Brook Greenberg is the leader of the firm's National Forestry Practice Group. Brook's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, banking litigation and forestry litigation. He frequently acts for financial institutions in a variety of claims. Brook often represents companies in the forest industry in civil litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. In all matters, Brook ensures that his clients' business objectives are the primary focus of the litigation strategy.
Brook teaches Civil Procedure as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law at The University of British Columbia.
