Brad Moore has a broad civil litigation practice and has been involved in a variety of matters involving complex commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and oppression remedy proceedings, negligence, product liability, executive employment, intellectual property, privacy and freedom of information, and competition law.
Brad has broad courtroom advocacy experience, having appeared before both levels of the Federal Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice and the Provincial Court of Justice in numerous significant matters, including a lengthy trial where he appeared as co-counsel to a large public company in a dispute with a municipal corporation. Recently, Brad has been involved in a major dispute between two automotive supply companies centering on allegations of misuse of confidential information, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
Brad was a summer student with the firm in 2001, completed his articles with the firm in 2002-2003, and joined the firm's litigation department in September 2003. Brad is a member of the firm's Student Development Committee, which is responsible for the hiring, supervising and mentoring of the firm's summer and articling students.
