Bozidar Crnatovic is an associate in the Securities Group in the Toronto office of Fasken Martineau, practising primarily in the area of securities law and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes numerous public and private financings, working on both the underwriters' side and the issuer's side, mostly of companies in the mining industry. He has also represented various public and private companies in corporate merger transactions and reverse take-overs.
Prior to joining the firm in December 2002, he was an associate at a business law firm specializing in securities law, with an emphasis on servicing emerging companies.
