Chloé Archambault

Chloé Archambault has extensive experience in the financing of public and private companies, more particularly with regard to banking law, financial institutions, the setting up of credit and the structuring and preparation of loan and security documents. She also has expertise in project financing. Chloé is a member of legal teams created for major financings on behalf of lending syndicates or on behalf of borrowers in financing operations underlying the acquisitions by such borrowers of public and private companies. Furthermore, in 2007 and 2008, she has been involved in the pan-Canadian restructuring of asset-backed commercial papers (ABCP).
