Christian Jacques

Christian Jacques specializes in business law with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and securities. As a member of legal teams established to carry out transactions, he is specifically involved in the purchase, sale and restructuring of businesses of both public and private corporations. In the securities sector, he represents issuers and brokers engaged in initial public offerings and other distributions of securities by means of prospectus and private placements.

In particular, from 2006 to 2008 he worked as corporate financing analyst for the Direction des marchés des capitaux (Capital Market Section) of the Autorité des marchés financiers.
