Christine Anagnostou practices in the fields of corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on business mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and finance. She specializes in due diligence.
Ms. Anagnostou has taken part in transactions of international scope and has collaborated on numerous national and trans-border transactions. She has acquired experience through many cases in commercial law, including complex transactions to restructure and reorganize both private and public corporations.
Ms. Anagnostou is the coordinator responsible for developing and supervising the due diligence process in the context of transactions related to finance, mergers and acquisitions.
