The collective bargaining process for every employer encompasses much more than direct negotiations with the union’s bargaining team. From the prelude to bargaining through to the debriefing at its conclusion, this workshop offers participants practical insights into the various phases every bargaining team will encounter.

Anyone who provides cancellation notice to us at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled date of the workshop will receive a fee refund less 10% administration fee. No refund will be provided to a registrant who cancels with less than five (5) business days’ advance notice.
