Daniel Fuke

Daniel Fuke is an associate in the firm's Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Daniel has been involved in a number of transactions involving public and private entities, including equity and debt financings, plans of arrangement and share and asset purchase transactions and has also advised clients regarding securities law compliance and disclosure matters.

Daniel also practices in the investment funds area, where he has been involved in the structuring and launching of various types of investment funds, including closed-end funds, mutual funds, limited partnerships and commodity pools, as well as fund mergers, governance and securities law compliance.

Daniel summered with the firm in 2006, at which time he was seconded to the firm's London, U.K. office. Daniel articled with the firm in 2007-2008 and joined as an associate in 2008.
