David is a recognized specialist in construction and project finance. He brings more than 15 years of experience focused primarily on the energy and infrastructure sectors, including a specialty in LNG liquefaction and regasification infrastructure.

David represents sponsors, project companies, lenders and contractors in relation to project structuring and documentation in the power, oil & gas, water, infrastructure and process-plant sectors. Throughout his career, he has advised on concession agreements, PPAs, PWPAs, WPAs, gas supply agreements, sales and offtake agreements, throughput agreements, major project construction documentation, purchase orders, shareholders' agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, terminalling agreements and technical support agreements.

Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, David was a partner in the London projects group of another leading international practice. This news comes on the heels of the firm's announcements last month of six other lawyers joining its London office and the opening of a new office in Paris.
