David Manny is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the firm's Energy and Projects group.
David's practice focuses on representing sponsors, project companies, lenders and contractors in relation to project structuring and documentation in the power, oil & gas, water, infrastructure and process-plant sectors. His experience includes advising upon concession agreements, PPAs, PWPAs, WPAs, gas supply agreements, sales and offtake agreements, throughput agreements, major project construction documentation, purchase orders, shareholders' agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, terminalling agreements and technical support agreements.
David's practice includes a focus upon LNG liquefaction and regasification infrastructure. David's experience includes a large number of international projects and he has worked extensively overseas during his career; often for protracted periods of time. Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, David was a Partner in the London projects group of another leading international practice.
