David Curtis

Associate
David Curtis is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He has particular experience with contractual disputes and intellectual property litigation. He has appeared as counsel in the B.C. Supreme Court, Federal Court, and in commercial arbitrations. David articled as a clerk in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and then at Fasken Martineau before joining the firm as an associate in 2006.
