Daye Kaba

Daye is an associate in the Global Mining Group. His practice focuses primarily on mining-related corporate finance and securities law matters. He is involved in advising corporations and securities dealers on equity and debt issues by way of public offerings or private placements. He also advises on stock exchange listings, redomicilings, as well as continuous disclosure requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, Daye worked in the Paris office of a New York-based law firm, in the Natural Resources/Project Finance department.

His Natural Resources/Project Finance experience includes providing advice on mining and energy matters in various countries located in Africa, Asia and South America. In particular, Daye negotiated, drafted and advised clients in respect of joint ventures, mining leases, farm-outs, and other mining-related agreements. He further advised in connection with mining project financings.
