Elizabeth Gouthro is a Registered Trade-mark Agent in the Toronto office's Intellectual Property Group. Elizabeth has extensive experience in providing trade-mark availability opinions, preparing and prosecuting Canadian trade-mark applications, and representing clients in opposition and summary cancellation proceedings. Elizabeth is experienced in advising on international trade-mark filing strategies and the management of international trade-mark portfolios. Elizabeth also is experienced in performing due diligence investigations of trade-mark holdings, and providing litigation support in trade-mark cases.
