Eleni Yiannakis

Eleni Yiannakis practices in civil and commercial litigation, principally in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, shareholders' disputes and oppression remedies, real estate litigation as well as bankruptcy and insolvency. She is frequently called upon to represent before the courts financial institutions, creditors and debtors in matters of insolvency and restructuring, as well as corporations, directors and shareholders in disputes between shareholders and/or involving directors' liability. As part of her practice, she regularly pleads in the courts at all levels.

M^tre Yiannakis also taught a class on obligations at the École du Barreau du Québec in the 2007 and 2009 winter sessions. From 2006 to 2009, she shared responsibility for university recruiting.
