Toronto (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, is proud to announced that it has been recognized as part of
The Globe and Mail's dealmakers of the year for its work in three deals.
The acquisition by CGI Group Inc. of Stanley, Inc., worth US$1.07 billion, was rewarded in two distinct categories: the Information technology industry Award and the Foreign outbound Award.
CGI's legal advisors included Fasken Martineau with a team led by
