Brook Greenberg's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, banking litigation and forestry litigation. Brook previously led the firm's National Forestry Practice Group. Brook frequently acts for financial institutions in a variety of claims and often represents companies in the forest industry in civil litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. He has also been counsel in a variety of construction and strata corporation disputes. Brook has appeared before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Brook teaches Civil Procedure as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law at The University of British Columbia.
