Dierk Ullrich is an associate in the corporate commercial group. His practice concentrates on commercial matters involving privately held business enterprises.
Prior to his transition to his current practice, Dierk was a litigator in civil and commercial matters. He represented clients from the telecommunications, transportation, technology and education sectors on issues involving class actions, competition law, real estate, business practices, administrative and constitutional law.
Dierk's practice continues to involve international institutional (NAFTA, ICSID, ICC, AAA) and ad hoc arbitrations.
Born and raised in Germany, Dierk came to Canada in 1998 after completing legal studies, with a focus on European and international law, at the university of Bonn, Germany. He is fluent in German.
