There are a variety of situations that allow tax payers, such as companies, individuals, municipalities, etc., to receive a partial or total refund of the tax they pay. However, this refund is subject to a number of conditions and restrictions.
Mtre Étienne Gadbois will provide an overview of the relevant provisions of the ETA and the AQST, under which tax payers can receive refunds on taxes paid. A list of possible refunds will be provided.
