    Paul Wilson will present "After You Consult, Then What? How to Successfully Negotiate IBAs and other Accommodation Agreements".

  •  Determining what triggers an IBA
  •  The scope of the IBA
  •  Who determines which aboriginal communities should be subject to an IBA
  •  The role of the government in the IBA process
  •  Whether the IBA changes depending on surface or subsurface rights
  •  Whether secondary communities should be included in IBAs
  •  The costs of IBAs and how to apportion that cost: Should they be deducted from the royalties?
