The Conference on Accountability and Transparency in the Health Care Sector included a half-day session on the potential inclusion of Ontario hospitals under freedom of information legislation. Alongside the President of the OHA and the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, Dr. Ann Cavoukian, Lynne Golding and Daniel Fabiano of Fasken Martineau discussed the implications and issues in applying freedom of information legislation to hospitals.
