Aaron is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. Aaron acts for financial institutions as well as private and public companies in connection with syndicated and non-syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, receivables purchases and acquisition financings that are often multi-currency, senior/subordinated and multi-jurisdictional in nature. He has recent experience in financing mining, manufacturing and energy companies.
Aaron also participates in the negotiation and documentation of ISDA Master Agreements, collateral agreements and securities lending agreements as well as assisting mutual fund, bulk commodity purchasers and other clients in the documentation of synthetic investments using derivatives as well as financially settled supply contracts.
Aaron has practiced at the firm since being called to the bar and was seconded to a major financial institution for 5 months in 2007.
