ACE BioSciences and PATH announce new collaboration to develop a vaccine against diarrheal disease
On June 19, 2008, ACE BioSciences, the Danish biotechnology company and PATH have announced a new partnership to advance the development of a promising vaccine against one of the leading bacterial causes of diarrheal disease, enterotoxigenic E.coli (ETEC). PATH will fund ACE BioSciences to complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials up to proof of concept of its ACE527 vaccine.
