Acted as Canadian counsel to Financial Security Assurance Inc. ("FSA") in the $1.8 billion restructuring of RASPRO Trust 2005, the vehicle through which Bombardier Inc. securitized multiple sales of aircraft to multiple buyers. FSA provided the wrap around the guarantee of Investissement Québec to the $400 million subordinated tranche.
