Acted as counsel to Atlantic Industries Limited and its parent corporation, Border Enterprises Limited, in precedent setting case, both in proceedings before the Environmental Appeal Board and in and a multi-million dollar, multi-party cost recovery action under the B.C. Waste Management Act before the B.C.
