In 2004, Yomi Akinjide acted for Tomen Power Corporation in relation to the sale of gas fired power station in Spain. This was the disposal of a combined cycle generating plant situated near Barcelona and involved the review and disengagement from project finance banking facilities, dealing with regulatory issues as well as related gas and steam supply agreements, environmental issues and all aspects of a cross-boarder share disposal together with related agreements.
