In November 2006, Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul acted for the shareholders of Adams Kara Taylor Limited ("AKT") in the sale of the entire issued share capital of AKT to White Young Green Plc for an initial consideration of £10.5 million satisfied as to part cash, part shares consideration and further deferred consideration.
