Advised in respect of the unprecedented appointment of provisional liquidators to the English estate of Daewoo Motor Company Limited (a South Korean company the subject of corporate reorganization proceedings in South Korea), on the sale of the company's assets in England, in relation to English creditor claims and their satisfaction pursuant to the Korean proceedings, and assisting in the preparation of court proceedings for the repatriation of funds held by the English provisional liquidators to the Korean receiver for distribution in accordance with the Korean corporate reorganization plan.
