Starting in the fall of year 2000, Construction J. R. Ruel Inc., Construction C. Ruel Inc., M. R. Plani Inc., Construction F. Ruel Inc. , were signing a number of agreements for the construction and development of Phase V of Condo Mérici with an affiliate of Cadim. Marc Généreux negotiated and prepared the join venture agreement, the undivided agreement and the management contract for the development of Phase V for the account of the builder and general contractor.
