Alexandre Gagnon practices in the field of corporate and debt financing. He participates in the representation of lenders, including lending syndicates, and is involved in various aspects of debt restructuring and project financing. Mr. Gagnon is called upon to prepare and finalize loan agreements, security documents and other related documents. He is also involved in the representation of corporations in connection with their borrowings.
