On April 19, 2011, Alliance Pharma plc announced that its subsidiary, Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited, had acquired the UK and Irish rights to the brands AnbesolTM and Ashton & Parsons TM from a subsidiary of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc. The cash consideration upon completion was £2.55m.
