Amanda is an associate in the Securities and Technology Practice Group, with a focus on securities, M&A transactions and corporate financings, both public and private. Amanda assists issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings (including IPOs) and business combinations (including offshore targets in Australia, Brazil and China). The majority of her practice is on behalf of mining clients with exploration, development and production projects around the globe. As well, Amanda has experience in private equity financings for both public and private companies, involving equity securities, flow-through shares and convertible debt instruments.
