On February 15, 2007, Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (TSX:ACC) announced the closing of a bought deal private placement of 2,750,000 common shares at a price of $9.40 per common share for gross proceeds of $28,850,000. The net proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund the development, with joint-venture partners, of new luxury housing projects for mature lifestyles and for general corporate purposes.
