Amira V. Abouali

Amira Abouali is an associate in the firm's Business Law section and has a broad corporate/securities law practice. She provides advice and services to both public and private companies regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, financing and continuous disclosure matters. Amira has been involved in a variety of transactions including public offerings and private placements of equity, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations.

Amira summered with the firm in 2006 and articled with the firm in 2007-2008. She joined as an associate in 2008.
