Andrew is an associate in Fasken Martineau's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He has experience in many aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, injunctions, quasi-criminal offences, class actions, shareholder disputes and insurance defence. He has assisted clients at every level of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as several administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Andrew articled and summered with the firm and was seconded to the Ontario Human Rights Commission. Andrew also has over 5 years experience as a law clerk for a sole practitioner in Toronto, where he dealt with a wide variety of legal disputes and a diverse set of clients.
Andrew's pro bono work includes volunteering for the Pro Bono Law Ontario Duty Counsel Project, which assists unrepresented litigants at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
