Andrew Ford specializes in the area of commercial law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. His practice covers all aspects of the purchase and sale of businesses either by way of merger, assets sale or share sale and includes the providing of general commercial legal services and advice. He has been involved in the creation and implementation of a number of major joint-venture projects involving European, Asian and local interests and is active in the Public-Private Partnership area. Routinely, he supervises the acquisition of distributors and strategic partners by Canadian and American multinationals.
