Angela C. Onesi focuses her practice on banking and financing with an emphasis on debt financings. She regularly represents and advises Canadian and foreign banks, other financial institutions and large lending syndicates in corporate financings in many contexts including financing for acquisitions, take-overs and projects, both domestically and on a cross-border basis. She also advises leasing and equipment finance companies in their financing activities and represents a number of corporations in connection with their borrowings. Angela is involved in the structuring of such commercial transactions and negotiates, prepares and finalizes all aspects of these transactions including the primary credit and restructuring documents, intercreditor documents and security documents.
Angela is currently the Principal for all the articling students in the Montreal office.
