Anne Granger

Anne Granger is a senior partner in the firm's Paris office and co-founder of the full-service French law firm that merged with Fasken Martineau in September 2009. She was trained in international private law and has a broad cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisition practice.

With over twenty years' experience, Anne has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions, in particular with Canadian companies and investment funds thereby addressing and working on all legal aspects of such complex transactions. Over the years, she has developed specific expertise in connection with mergers and acquisitions and private equity in areas such as real estate, hotel business, anti-trust procedures, and environmental law. She also has extensive experience in due diligence processes, representations and warranties contracts, and more generally in drafting of contracts for private equity transactions and co-investments, including shareholders agreements.

She has an extensive practice in transactional work in real estate and gained valuable knowledge in EU regulations and competition law as an associate with a law firm in Brussels whose practice focused on EU regulations and competition rules.
