Antonina Nijran is an Associate at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Technology, Intellectual Property and Life Sciences practice groups.
Antonina is a Commercial and Intellectual Property lawyer and joined the firm in January 2008. She has acted on a wide range of Commercial and Intellectual Property matters including, drafting licence and other commercial agreements, providing advice regarding the Commercial Agents Regulations, drafting and advising on distribution and reseller agreements, advising clients in respect of IP ownership and exploitation rights and FSMA issues. She also has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions.
