Acted for one of the respondent-plaintiffs in an appeal of an order directing that a mandatory mediation take place in Singapore. The Court dismissed the appeal, holding that the order was within the Chamber Judge's jurisdiction.
Acted for a respondent Crown Corporation in an appeal from the BC Utilities Commission which had issued a certificate for the construction of power lines. The appeal was dismissed, as was the application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
