Financing of Phase IV of a senior citizen home
In April 2008, Industrial Alliance, Insurance and Financial Services Inc. granted a mortgage loan for Phase IV of a senior citizen home located in Pointe Claire. Among the specificities of this loan, the loan was divided in 3 tranches. This loan followed the financing of Phase III completed in February 2007. Marc Généreux secured the financing for the lender for both, Phase III and Phase IV.
