Arbitration

February 2009    Accepted as a Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitration

January to May 2009    Appointed as a single arbitrator to arbitrate dispute between a home owner and a contractor.  The arbitration settled following a ruling on a interlocutory application.

May 2009 to September 2009    Was appointed as an arbitrator for a 3 member panel in an arbitration in the London Court of International Arbitration.  This arbitration settled before the hearing.

Appointed as an arbitrator in a 3 member panel for an arbitration on a commercial dispute in Alberta which settled prior to the hearing.
