ASX listed mining company - admission to AIM under the fast track process
Previously, Nicholas Narraway acted as U.K. lawyer to Rusina Mining NL, an Australian company already listed on the Australian Stock Exchange which was introduced to AIM under the fast-track admission process in December 2005. Rusina is a natural resources company operating in the Philippines. Nicholas subsequently acted for Rusina on its placing of ordinary shares in November 2006 to raise £1.46 million before expenses.
